ABOUT

MUNnection is a trademark for a social networking. MUNnection offers several services that aim to improve communication and cooperation among the MUN society as well as offering conferences an opportunity to advertise and provide more information about their organizations. MUNnection also stands out with its own jargon, which was devised from the parliamentary language. Members can add their friends by issuing a “motion to befriend”, or create a delegation to exchange ideas.

THE TEAM

	Ilteris Kaan Canberk
	Tech and Operations
	Ilteris Kaan Canberk is a computer scientist, who is inclined to combine pragmatism with innovation for the betterment of those he cares for. He will soon graduate from Robert College. He has developed many programs and systems such as but not limited to conference registration systems, and several iPhone applications. He acts as the executive force of the Team; he digitizes and thus, realizes the ideas that the Team comes up with. He has been awarded the Xerox Award for Innovation and Information Technologies of 2010.

	Yigit Ergecen
	Design and Operations
	Yigit Ergecen is the designer/ architect of the Team. He currently studies architecture at Rice University School of Architecture. He was an MUNer in his high school years and he has undertaken significant positions such as the President Chair at THIMUN. His creative designs give life to every page and visual on the website. He also works as a web designer.

	Ege Yumusak
	Public Relations and Operations
	Ege Yumusak deals with the public relations aspect of the project. She is a student at Robert College. She manages the communications and advertising of the website, and is responsible of creating the written material. She has been doing PR work for an MUN conference and is involved in literary activities such as translation, and writing book reports for a publishing company. She has taken creative writing courses and enjoys writing stories and poems.
